We run a group for young adults (16-25yrs)

This group is a drop in session, where you can come and socialise, play pool or boardgames, and grab a drink and snacks.

You may also access peer support, and our facilitators are always on hand to support you where they can, and signpost you to further support if you need it.

We welcome new members, and we are happy to meet you before hand  if you are feeling anxious, just drop us a message.

We welcome you along to our mix up where we will have Caithness Mental Health group coming to talk to us about the services they offer in Caithness.  Come along and join us for a coffee and a chat.  Open to over 16s

We are delighted that the Thurso Kiki Sunday Brunches are back! From August join us the first Sunday of every month at 11am in the Y' Not for an informal meet up and Brunch.  Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

LGBT Youth Scotland are joining us for a workshop and a chat.  Come along to this free event, make connections and enjoy refreshments.  Free event.
