Support Groups

Connect with others and find support in our dedicated groups. We offer peer to peer support, guidance and information for over 16s as well as social opportunities 

Every Thursday 7pm til 9pm

2nd Sunday of Every month

A teen group for S1-S6 1st Friday of every month

Social Events

Stepping Out hold Mix Up events every month.  This is when our regular Thursday evening for 16yrs to 25ys is opened up to anyone over 16yrs.  These events often have a theme such as a games night, or crafts or a skills workshop and allows people to mix and learn from each other and build resilience.

We also organise Caithness Pride in June and Caithness Comic Con in October which brings the wider community across Caithness together.
